If you are the buyer, visit the "Offers" area of the My Market area and locate your item. Look for the rating

If you are the seller, visit the "My Ads" link of the My Market area and locate your item. Look for the rating

If you know the Item ID, you can rate the other member now!

DEALING WITH BAD DEALS AND POOR RATINGS

If you disagree with a member rating, you may return to your ratings page and click the "Rebuttal" button for the rating in question. This way, members reading it can read your side of the story.
If the rating you received is completely unfounded and without any basis in fact, you may file a formal complaint against the user.
You can try dispute resolution through Tradiator, the company that partners with us to provide escrow and related services.
The best way to avoid a bad transaction is to use our escrow service

COMPLAINTS
Our marketplace is similar to a newspaper's classified service in that we will not become involved in resolving disputes arising between buyers and sellers. We do, however, have several resources that can help you prevent and address unfavorable transactions and fraud.

We encourage everyone to at least review our Escrow Services. You should also review member ratings before making or accepting an offer. Finally, you may file a complaint against another member whom you believe acted inappropriately in a transaction.
