No Price Raises.
In
an effort to provide users the "leap ahead" functionality found
in forum systems, our system will bump your ad to the top of the list
it's in anytime you discount your price by 10% or more. This
functionality, however, leads some users to artificially raise and lower
their prices simply to get the "bump". To
eliminate this issue, we do not permit you to raise the price of a classified
item once you post it.
Duplicate Classifieds
Posts. Do NOT post the same product more than once! Your ad will
be removed. You may purchase an additional category when you post your
ad (or later), but you may not post the same product in different ads.
Repeat offenders will lose posting privileges. We want to keep the Classifieds
usable for other members.
No Double Dip.
You may NOT list the same item in both the Auction and Classified sections
of the site. If
you wish to sell an item at a fixed price, but would like to see how well
you can do in an auction, list the item as an auction with either a reserve price or an "InstaBuy"
feature.
Redirect Listings.
You may
NOT create listings designed to redirect a user or a user's browser to
another site. This
includes listings with either an email address or Web URL in the title
(these will be removed and NO REFUND will be given). This
also includes ads for "special Web pages" where users can buy
product at a discount.
Correct Category.
Place your ad in the correct category or categories. If your ad is in
an inappropriate category, nobody will find it. We reserve the right to
move mis-categorized ads to appropriate categories.
Commercial Ads.
Commercial advertisers can offer up to 30 units of the same
product in a single ad. To advertise multiple products, multiple ads must
be created. Any commercial vendor who advertises products but has not
checked the "Commercial" radio button in the ad listing process,
is subject to having all of their ads removed with NO REFUND. Details
are included on Step 4 of the listing process.
Disputes. Seller agrees that all disputes regarding ads placed on this network shall be resolved by and between the seller and buyer under all circumstances and without exception. For full details, please review the Member Agreement.
