Failure to follow these rules may result in your listing being cancelled or your membership privileges being suspended or revoked. If your listing is removed because it violates one of these rules, you will NOT be given a refund!
Duplicate Listings.
You may NOT list the same exact item in both the Auction and Classified
sections of the site. You
may NOT auction the same item in our market and in another market on another
site simultaneously (doing so might create a situation where the same
item has been legally sold to two different buyers). If you wish to sell
an item at a fixed price, but would like to see how well you can do in
an auction, list the item as an auction with either a reserve
price or an "InstaBuy" price.
No "Kitchen
Sink" Listings. Each
listing must be for a specific item. If
you are selling multiple products, you must take out multiple listings.
The exception
is for integral components of a particular model (e.g. DuraTrax Street
Force w/.15 engine and Futaba radio), provided you are offering the components
and main item as a package.
"More in
the Back Room" Listings.
If
you have more than one of the identical
item that you are willing to sell, you must list all of the items in a
Multiple Item (Dutch) Auction format without
referring in your ad to additional quantities of the item at the same
price that you are not listing in the description. In other words,
promote only the quantities that are contained in your listing.
Redirect Listings.
You may
NOT create listings designed to redirect a user or a user's browser to
another site. This
includes listings with either an email address or Web URL in the title
(these will be removed and NO REFUND will be given). This
also includes ads for "special Web pages" where users can buy
product at a discount.
Classified Ads,
Trades or Wanted Ads must be placed in the Classifieds
Section of the site.
Reasonable Shipping.
Listings
with low prices but unreasonable shipping charges may be removed without
notice and NO REFUND will be given.
Fee Avoidance. Any listing determined by 24-7 RC to be an intentional effort to avoid fees or perpetrate fraud in the auction process will be cancelled with NO REFUND to the seller. Any pattern of fee avoidance by any Member may result in more serious penalties.
